the stay was almost enjoyable, despite the stiff bed and bathroom mold. absolutely no one was available to fix the dusty a/c, which was honestly shocking. i also expected a complimentary bottle of wine for all the inconveniences but received nothing! i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t, really.

The breakfast was homemade and delicious, making every morning a treat.
We encountered severe issues with water pressure in the bathroom. It was nearly nonexistent! There were disturbing signs of mold and rust around the window-completely unacceptable! I was appalled to find that a piece of wood on the balcony was in dire need of repair, posing a safety hazard. The condition of the room clearly indicated a lack of maintenance and care for the hotel.

We had such a lovely time relaxing in the cozy garden area and enjoying some peaceful moments on the sun terrace. The breakfasts were a highlight, featuring fresh omelettes and delicious smoothies each day. Just a heads-up, we had a little trouble with our key code on the first night, but it didn't take away from our wonderful stay! 😊

Staying in the Renoir Room felt like stepping back in time yet enjoying modern conveniences. The king-size bed offered amazing comfort for a restful sleep. I appreciated the Alexa feature to play music effortlessly. The aesthetic of the room with vintage decor added charm. Breakfast included fresh, homemade options each morning, a delightful start to the day. I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the courtyard for my morning coffee. The couple running the place were attentive and detail-oriented. However, I found the shower had plumbing issues, which could use immediate attention. The location had occasional flooding issues, which made walking to nearby downtown a bit tricky after rain. Wish the property had more updates completed during my stay. Despite some drawbacks, the experience felt like a hidden gem with room for enhancement.
